Candidates should use AI tools not just for productivity but to directly build and ship; AI as a force amplifier across projects
The Collective Intelligence Project (CIP) builds infrastructure for democratic input into AI development and governance, combining large-scale deliberation and participatory evaluation. Backed by foundations including Google.org and Omidyar Network, we partner with AI labs and governments.
You will build and maintain Weval, our evaluation platform (~60% time) enabling AI labs and governments to assess frontier models; support Global Dialogues and Digital Twin projects (~30%); own architectural decisions as the platform scales; and create rich data visualizations for non-technical audiences.
We're hoping candidates are already familiar with Claude Code / Codex / Cursor, and are excited about using AI as a force amplifier across projects.
