Signadot (YC W20) builds a Kubernetes platform for microservices testing. The role focuses on demonstrating agentic workflows where AI coding agents validate code in ephemeral sandbox environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build advanced agentic workflows using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini
- Create and expand microservices demo applications with Kubernetes and cloud-native tech (Kafka, Istio, databases)
- Produce technical video content (2-5 minutes with clear audio)
- Write technical blog posts and documentation for platform engineers
- Provide community support and shape product direction
Required Qualifications:
- Deep Kubernetes, Kafka, and service mesh (Istio) expertise with GitHub portfolio
- Early adopter proficiency with AI coding tools
- Portfolio of technical video content
- Native/fluent English speaker
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Bonus Skills:
- Kubernetes experience emphasized
- Early-stage startup background
Compensation: $60-$80/hour
Hours: ~15-20 per week
Location: Fully Remote, PST timezone overlap (4+ hours), US location preferred
