Nectar Social is building an AI-native social operating system for commerce. Founded by ex-Meta leaders, the company raised $10.6M co-led by Google Ventures and True Ventures. The engineering team uses Cursor, Claude Code, Graphite, v0/Replit, and Granola as part of their daily development workflow. This role involves owning major features end-to-end: planning, development, testing, and release. You will innovate rapidly while maintaining security and performance standards, collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams, build solutions using Node.js, React, AWS, GCP, and OpenAI, and develop infrastructure for AI agents, real-time social listening, and revenue attribution. Required: proven experience building fast, secure, reliable cloud/web applications in production; knowledge of automated testing, observability, and monitoring; ability to work autonomously on large projects; understanding of LLMs, APIs, and building AI-powered applications at scale; startup mindset. Bonus: experience with social media APIs, e-commerce background, real-time data processing experience. Compensation: $150,000-$220,000 plus significant equity.
