AI Developer Tooling Engineer

The role centers on making AI a force multiplier across engineering:

Key Responsibilities:

• Align codebases with modern AI coding tools
• Define and standardize AI-assisted development stacks across IDEs and CI/CD
• Build and operate MCP servers for reliable code generation
• Enable parallelized development workflows with AI-generated code
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted coding and refactoring
• Track measurable improvements in developer productivity metrics
• Evaluate emerging AI tools with clear success criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Strong TypeScript background in production environments
• Deep hands-on experience with Cursor and Claude Code
• Exposure to Aider, Cline, CodeRabbit, or GitHub Copilot
• MCP server experience (Context 7, Puppeteer, MCP Compass)
• LLM fundamentals knowledge: RAG pipelines, embeddings, tokenization, fine-tuning
• GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipeline expertise
• Autonomous problem-solving mindset
